Scampa History

Scampa began as a HOREKA distribution company in 1999, led by Kujtim Gjevori. It became a leader in drink distribution in Prishtina. In 2003, the company ventured into sugar sachet packaging, entering the production sector.

In 2007, Scampa was established as a manufacturing company in the plastic industry and became Kosovo’s industry leader within a decade.

In 2019, Scampa partnered with Powerpack NV, Belgium, to create Powerpack LLC, producing high-quality PE waste bags exported to EU countries.

Powerpack LLC

Powerpack LLC was established as a joint venture between two leading companies in the plastic industry: Powerpack NV, Belgium, and Scampa, Kosovo. Located in Drenas Industrial Park, Kosovo, the company began its production operations in October 2019.

We specialize in producing high-quality PE waste bags, primarily focusing on the European market’s draw tape, bottom seal, and wavetop product groups. Powerpack LLC exports 100% of its production to European Union countries.
